Особенности:
- Пластины KSEM KC7410 HPCCL обеспечивают повышение стойкости инструмента и надежности процесса обработки всех видов чугуна. Геометрия увеличивает осевые силы резания, обеспечивая высокую производительность.
- Геометрия HPCCL с широкой и прочной перемычкой предотвращает скопление материала в центре, позволяя вести обработку на повышенных подачах. Вершина с фаской и прочные кромки обеспечивают высокое качество обработанного отверстия и продлевают срок службы инструмента.
- KC7410 представляет собой твердый сплав с мелкозернистой основой и многослойным покрытием на основе AlCr. Высокая красностойкость сплава обеспечивает непревзойденную износостойкость при обработке чугуна.
- Пластины из сплава KC7410 с геометрией HPCCL рекомендуются для обработки всех видов чугуна, в особенности чугуна с вермикулярным графитом или отпущенного ковкого чугуна, и при обработке в сложных условиях.
